Dirty stained sheets, dirty lobby as soon as you step in food and crumbs on the floor. So we did not stay because there was no cleaning services due to it being christmas. So we left and hotel does not want to give us a refund!! Worst expensive booking through expedia. Expedia does not want to refund us either. Do not book through them!! So disappointed

It was nice. We were actually supposed to stay at a hotel but when that fell through this hotel Was great and stress free. They also upgraded our room as a complimentary gesture. It was nice after the headache we had just had from another hotel.

Terrible service, the deposit was not returned even though nothing was damaged or broken, they don't respond to messages, and they charged us $30 for arriving an hour early, even though the person at check-in said it was free.

Fist assigned room was not cleaned. Fast food wrappers all over, left over cupcakes, towels all over the room. Second assigned room staff member was unsure if the room had been cleaned or not, beds not made, toilet did not work, door hinge lock broken and held on by caulk or not.
