We picked this place to be near our grandkids during the Christmas holidays. It was within walking distance but offered so much more. Very walkable and found grocery store, shopping, movie theater, and restaurants all to be in walking distance.

This was a great place for me and my family to stay. I found it to be one of the nicer areas in Denver. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It fit our family of 5 nicely. The surrounding pools were a fun addition. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great getaway spot

This property was great. The house was in a central, very accessible location near restaurants, stores, highways, etc. It was in very clean/modern condition and quickly felt like home. It was so enjoyable to cook meals in the well-appointed and beautiful kitchen. Julie was very responsive and helpful with any minor issues encountered. As was indicated in the ad, this might be a tough place for anyone who struggles with stairs (since there are 3 stories), but for most everyone else it would be a great place to relax and get away! I was sad to have to leave!

Ok.....Julie is simply AMAZING!! If there is a way to make the process simpler, they are keeping it under lock and key!! Every.Single.Time I contacted Julie in regards to anything she responded immediately. The property itself was wonderful. What you see in the photos is EXACTLY what you get. Now....the drawbacks.... they forgot to unlock the iron and ironing board! Lol!! We would and will stay at this property again, 5 stars!!!!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and spacious. We had good family time in the living room area watching movies. We enjoyed our stay, property was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable which is huge to me. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kids loved the spacious master shower. The location was close to restaurants shops and movie theater. I also frlt safe in this location. If you want to swim, there is a fee at the ounity pools but there are several to choose from.
