The front desk staff (Tracy?) was amazing, but the property was definitely not what was described on Expedia. The room had limited amenities, the A/C didn't work properly, and there were dead bugs on the floor. They're transitioning to a Motel 6, so perhaps there will be upgrades.

At check-in I was informed that the danishes did not get delivered today so the “breakfast” tomorrow will consist of just coffee. The parking is cramped, the room had no way to control the heat, A/C or even the fan. There was no thermostat and the toilet was not anchored to the floor. Oh yes, and the sheets were not soft at all. Felt like they’d been washed in Clorox and dried in the Sun (a very exfoliating experience to say the least. Other than that it was fine.

Absolutely filthy room . Missing light bulbs, bare bulbs. Tv not working. Brown "matter " on multiple walls. Mold in bathroom. Self claimed property manager "Cory" vulgar and rude. Upon check-in asks me if ive seen the quality of people that stay here, i should be careful. This wasn't a vaccination, simply a night in town for work my expectation wasn't very high, they didn't disappoint !
