The modest house was updated and clean and comfortable. The location is close to a host of shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe for early morning walks. The exterior needs a lot of help and is off putting, but did not detract from the stay.
We stayed here for a week with our family of seven. While the size of the house was great for our needs and the beds were comfortable, several issues made our stay less enjoyable. The listing stated laundry was available, but there was no laundry on site â a big inconvenience for a longer family stay. The kitchen was poorly stocked (only five forks for seven people) and many dishes were dirty and very worn when we arrived. Baking sheets were rusty, and overall kitchen supplies were not in great shape. When we arrived, the windows were left open, and the backyard was only accessible from a side gate. Unfortunately, the outdoor area was poorly maintained, with trash and broken items scattered around. We didnât feel comfortable letting our kids play out there. We also discovered thereâs a separate unit downstairs we hadnât been told about â we would not have been happy sharing the house with another guest. This home could be a wonderful rental with better upkeep, accurate amenities, and attention to cleanliness, but as it stands, we would not stay here again.
The tenant was a big surprise! The property listed two bathrooms, but we had only one. The property was clean and roomy and basic. Restaurants and grocery stores were a drive away.
To access the backyard you must walk around the home, there is no back door access, so if the weather is horrible youâre kinda just screwed. The cleaning crew left food in the disposal, made the kitchen smell foul, after the two. The home smelt kinda moldy. The owner scheduled work on parts of the home while I was staying, interrupted a meeting. I think thereâs some biological stain on the master comforter, avoid it. If you reach out to the owner, the response will be that heâs checking into it, I guess after 3 days heâs still trying to figure it out, but hey⊠A little late there buddy.
Nicely updated inside with a spacious kitchen! 3 king size bedsâŠsuch a treat. Beds are very comfortable! We were in town for a graduation in Littleton and this location was great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants just a few minutes away!
This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood and a great house. Jeff was easy to communicate with and took care of concerns I had immediately. The beds were super comfy and I loved the location. 15-20 min drive from most things in Denver.
The home had three bedrooms each with very comfortable king size beds. Just one bathroom which was enough for us. It was clean and the space was nice. When we arrived it was 54 degrees and took an hour and a half to warm up to 70 degrees. It was literally not a warm welcome after a long day of driving. When we left the next day the temperature went down to 61 degrees by the time we came back. We are used to a warmer climate so we had to wear our coats for an hour after we arrived both nights. Even still, it was a great home and we would stay there again. I havenât stayed in a Vrbo since they changed the process to using happy guest. Obviously the owners of this Vrbo didnât have anything to do with that but my feedback is that process is cumbersome and it was frustrating not to be able to get all the information I needed off of the Vrbo app.
Property was as advertised cozy and quiet. Everything was as described and gave a nice home away from home feel. Host was great at communicating, booking and arrival instructions were as they get.
