My family and I stayed at this hotel for five months, and during our entire stay, Yer Kaniatobe made everything smooth and enjoyable. As the front desk manager, she went above and beyond to take care of every request and quickly resolved any issue that came up. Yer was always friendly, patient, and professional. She truly made us feel at home and cared for. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making guests comfortable and happy. We’re very grateful for her kindness and excellent service. She’s a big reason why our long stay was such a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel and especially Yer for her amazing hospitality!

THERE WAS MOLD IN THE SHOWER WALL, BREAKFAST SERVICE WAS AWFUL, NEVER ENOUGH FOOD AND YOU HAD TO WAIT LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO EVEN TRY TO GET SOME BREAKFAST, BREAKFAST SERVICE PERSON SEEMED FRUSTRATED AND WOULD IGNORE ALL REQUEST. NO ROOM SERVICES ON WEEKENDS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT AT FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD ( ANNETTE) WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULD LET HER KNOW MY COMPLAINT. Our stay was great! I had booked a king bed and sofa bed for four and when we arrived we were upgraded to a two bedroom! Lots of space for four of us. The area was nice and so much to do near the hotel!
