My stay at the Benson Hotel was amazing. I was traveling for work and after a long trip (8.5 hour drive) I was grateful to see a smiling face and experience a fast, efficient check-in process. The room was clean, peaceful and exactly what I needed. All of the staff were polite and gracious, and very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that one of my parking charges was supposed to be comped for eating in the restaurant and two of my charges were supposed to be reduced by $10 for my coupons that encouraged me to eat in their restaurant. Those charges were never taken off of my bill. Thanks, Stephanie

Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the parking situation. We do not favor "Valet Parking" and wish there were another option that would allow guests to park close to the hotel in a secure parking space.

The area was chosen because of the no pets in hotel . I’m allergic to dogs and cats. However there were several dog staying with guests in the building. Your description states (no pets).
