Apartment with good location but with some blemishes

Very good service desk. All our problems were taken serious and solved with fast reaction. Miralago team were always helpful and very friendly.
Close to lake and boardwalk.
Problems with not working aircondition in the apartment. Was partially fixed during our stay.
Water stains at a few wall areas.
Pool is only around 90 cm deep.
Overall our stay was ok.

Perfect location
Publié le 3 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was perfectly situated right on the lake which enabled us to access the lake and pool with equal ease. The facilities of Desenzano were within walking distance which was ideal. The apartment itself could do with a bit of a refurbishment - for instance the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work, and the air conditioning in the main room continually dripped quite a large volume of water onto the floor. To have a balcony overlooking Lake Garda was pretty special though and I guess that is what you are paying for (and we stayed in peak season so it was pretty expensive)!

Publié le 25 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayUns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.Das Miralago kann ich zu 100%weiter empfehlen.Super schönes Apartment und die Lage direkt am See ist nicht zu topen .Für uns war es auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal dort .
