"I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. I stayed here once before with my friend and everything was fine, so I decided to book again. This time, however, the experience was completely different. The receptionist was extremely rude from the moment I checked in. I had already paid the full amount for my room, and I politely asked if my friend could simply come up to meet me for a short time. The receptionist immediately refused in a very disrespectful way and said my friend was not even allowed to visit me in the room at all. The way he spoke was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, the staff behavior overall was rude, the service quality was poor, and the atmosphere of the hotel did not feel friendly or customer-oriented at all. For the amount of money charged, I honestly expected much better treatment and hospitality. Definitely not the experience I expected, and unfortunately I would not recommend staying here."
