This is our third stay at this hotel. First impressions: We checked in at 4:00 p.m. On our walk to our room on the 4th floor, the hallway was littered with dirty linens and towels and garbage. Not a good impression at all, having to step over dirty towels and linens. Also, the breakfast, while included in the price of the stay, was disappointing. The waffle maker was out of service. There was no milk, which I put in my coffee, the cutlery was sparse and the overall variety was quite limited. Compared to our stay last summer, it was evident that the hotel was struggling financially. It's doubtful that we'll return to this hotel. There are many other hotels in the area to chose from at the same rate, or less, that we'll pick to stay at next time.

Property was clean quiet. Good breakfast first dya second day not as good. They were out of milk and asked for said did not recieve supplies yet. Also when asking for tea said what was out was all they had. Then a few minutes later all of sudden there was now breakfast tea available.

The hotel is beautiful it’s self but the pool area is dirty overflowing kids out of control no parents or staff watching them at the pool kids jumping n throwing each other into the pool where I was hit said please stop and the kids called their parents try to jump me so I just left I spent 600$ just to be disrespected the whole weekend

I'm sorry you did not have the best experience. We do not watch the children as our expectation is that the parents monitor their children. The pool is extremely popular so I apologize that it was so busy and we hope you come again soon.

Does not meet embassy suites standards 😡

The hotel is very run down compared to any other embassy suites we have stayed at in the past. There was trash and dirty laundry outside of numerous guest rooms our entire stay. Our room smelled awful because our neighbors smoked (both cigarettes and marijuana) and it came into our room through the vents. Security tries to handle noise complaints, but my family witnessed fights in the halls among teenage guests and children running and screaming at all hours of the night. The room itself looked as though housekeeping did a rushed job. There were cobwebs in the corners by the beds and crumbs and dirt in the couch and chair. We always try to look for an embassy suites when traveling with our young family, but will not be back to this one.

Pool area has the ceiling literally falling down and paint peeling off the walls. Pizza and food was all over the hallways. Our room had red stains on the floor, heater panel was dirty and removed laying on the floor. Hotel must have been hosting a school event, kids running around wild.
