Check in was good. First night at 3am there was some kind of clunking noise woke me out of a dead sleep went on for two hours. Went to front desk in the morning and lady did nothing about it. Second night same thing so on checking out told them again same thing same answer were sorry about that like they does nothing for my sleep and anxiety lol. Everything else was great clean smelled good. Good pillows

This is our 4th stay in 2 months and was the worst. Asked for 1st level at booking but got 4th floor. There was a kids hockey team there and I had to yell at kids running in the hall at 10 pm. Suite next to us was smoking cigars eith in their room or in stairwell and was wafting under the doorinto our room. Pool was broken with no patt for 2 weeks. Breakfast was out of alot and pancake machine broken. Also the 4th floor room seemed dirtier and dingier than first floor. Really dissappointed this visit
