Excellent room condition. Only issue was that we had to wait till 4 pm to check in due to high amount of people.

Did not like that hotel charge my card for stay when i already paid though expedia 329...toilet was very low to floor only 1 shower door open...hair was left in bed no hand soap in dispenser...the view from my window was of th air conditioning system...only ice machine was on 14th floor my room was on 5th floor

They accepted my reservation, took my money, i get to the hotel and they turned me away saying there was no rooms available, i slept as a female in my car alone in detroit, and still have not recieved any money back. This site is just a scam that robs you

Shawn, we apologize that this was your experience. We have requested a refund on your behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot process your refund although we can request it and work with Expedia to have the refund issued. Not having your room available is not acceptable and we are working with our team to ensure this is an isolated incident. This is not typical of our services and truly was an exception. Avoid if you want Housekeeping

- No rooms were cleaned/available when I checked in at 5:30. I booked my room weeks in advance, so it was not a surprise. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was downgraded from a King to a Queen so I could at least shower and make my show - Room was never cleaned. I don't _need_ housekeeping every day, but I had explicitly told the front desk that I had no shampoo or conditioner. The products were not sent up to my room, and of course housekeeping never showed up to refill.
