Pet Friendly 5 Bedroom Ski Home with Game Room

Adventure and family friendly getaway. Close to Lake Dillon, skiing and snowboarding at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, and Breckenridge. With over 3,000 square feet, you`ll have room to spread out. There is space for trailer parking if you want to bring your boat, ATVs, or snow mobiles. Pet friendly and fenced in yard! Use your laptop at the desk with an extra-large monitor, keyboard, and mouse; you can also use the monitor with your gaming console, Roku, or Chromecast.

Three miles (5 minutes) to Keystone Ski Resort! Two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board for your use (about 400 yards to put in)! Disc golf, motocross course, mountain biking, and off-leash dog area across the street (take the tunnel under the street)! Under 1.5 miles to golf at Keystone. Right on the bike path and ride out the door to single track mountain biking and hiking. Close to boating, fishing, kayaking, and stand up paddle boarding on Lake Dillon, skiing and snowboarding at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, and Breckenridge. With over 3,000 square feet, you`ll have room to spread out. 5 minutes to the town of Dillon for groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc.! There is space for trailer parking if you want to bring your boat, ATVs, or snow mobiles. Pet friendly!

The only guests that have access to the property are those on the reservation. No additional guests are allowed even during the day, without prior approval. We`re not trying to be the fun police here, but this isn`t a party pad :)

Awesome family house! Plenty of room for everyone including the dogs who loved the fenced back yard! Lots of entertainment available in the game room, the massage chair was a favorite! The kitchen is great and very well equipped. The hosts are easy to contact if needed. Don't hesitate to book!

Gorgeous!!

This place was perfect for our family and pups! Very well appointed with so much detail taken for our comfort. Very clean and so comfortable. The backyard was fenced so our pups were secured. The entertainment downstairs was so nice. We enjoyed the pool table, the shuttle board, and the massage chair! This is a favorite of ours and we will be coming back!

A perfect fit!

This property had everything we were looking for! The game room was an amazing way to pass the down time. The place was clean, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. Location was close to grocery stores and entertainment. The communication with the property manager was flawless. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in this area!

Awesome summer mountain getaway!

Perfect for my family, plenty of space, stuff in/around house for people/Pugs to relax, have fun, enjoy each others’ company, and not be on top of each other. Pool table, other games, hot tub, and that AWESOME massage chair made for a wonderful time for all! Anyone stays here, and doesn’t have a great stay, just ain’t trying!

Family Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay at this home, great location . It was easy to access the place to put in the kayaks. The location was perfect to attend festivals at Keystone, the Symphony at the Dillon Amphitheater and travel to Breckenridge. We enjoyed the game room area, especially the massage chair. It had all the amenities that anyone could want. Definitely recommend this to families that enjoy the mountains and access to Lake Dillon.

Loved this Property!!

We had an incredible time staying at this property. The owner was highly communicative and extremely helpful. We had a few minor maintenance issues, which can happen anytime, and the owner was super responsive in getting them fixed right away. Our kids LOVED all the game areas, and the massage chair and hot tub were used every night!! We would definitely stay here again and are very grateful for the gracious hosts! Thank you!!

Easter Ski Weekend

This property was perfect for a weekend ski trip with friends and the pup. Although they cannot guarantee it, the host will message you if the home is cleaned and ready prior to check-in time... without even requesting early access which was really above and beyond my expectations for hosts. Spacious kitchen and seating area, had a blast playing ping-pong, and enjoyed ending our ski day with a soak in the hot tub. I'd love to stay here again!

Best vacation home yet!

This was the perfect home for our annual family Ski trip. It was everything and more! Great location, very clean, comfortable, pet friendly, and plenty of space for all. Nice outdoor deck, great views, fenced in yard for the pups, large hot tub (the heated walkways definitely a plus) as well as the pool table, games and the awesome massage chair. Oh, and lots of snow! Only wish the weekend was available so we could have stayed more than three nights. Thank you so much, we all enjoyed our stay, from NY, Alaska & Colorado.

Loved this Property!

I can't say enough good things about this property. The location (5 minutes to Keystone, 20 to Breck, 40 to Vail and super close to everything in Dillon) could not be better! The home was very well-appointed and had everything we could ever need and more! There is also lots of stuff for summer stays, though we didn't use it during our winter stay. The owners could not have been better! Kevin and Abbey were so easy to deal with. I was there for a month (recently retired) and we had one or two minor issues which were handled quickly and easily! The home (five bedrooms!) was perfect for me and my friends and family. Thank you, Kevin and Abbey, for a super vacation! I would definitely rent this place again.

Great house especially for a large group. Plenty of space, very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the lower level gameroom was a bonus for the teens in our family. Easy communication with owners and a very short drive to Keystone. Would definitely stay here again.

A fun getaway minutes from great mountain sports!

Great property with lots of amazing amenities and only a few minutes from keystone and A-basin as well as plenty of shopping and resturants. Easily had 7 people staying comfortably with room to spare and plenty of games for all. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to CO.

Wonderful Stay!

I am from Illinois and visited my son and his family who live in Colorado. We decided to take a little get away so they could ski. The house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. The house had everything we needed, and the location was great. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay another time.

Yearly Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the house. So many activities for everyone. Really close to Keystone, about 5 minutes away. Shopping also very close. The hosts communicated with me quickly and were very nice. Most of the people we met or came across in Colorado were rude and mean so it was definitely a nice experience dealing with the hosts. I would recommend them 100%!
