When we arrived, the toilet was flushing slowly. My son went to use the bathroom and the toilet overflowed. We were on our way back to the room so he called the front desk. Their solution was to bring up towels to soak it up and left it for my 17-year-old son to clean up himself. When I arrive back at the hotel, I went down to the front desk after waiting for someone from the staff to come up and clean the fecal matter off of the bathroom floor. The girl at the front desk gave me a plunger to work on it. No one from the staff ever came to address the issue in our room. I called and reported getting a refund and have not heard back from anyone from Expedia. I need to hear back or I will fight the charge.

Customer service was great. Property upkeep is very poor; the linens were threadbare and discolored, there were stains on one set of sheets, there was a stench of old cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room, the carpet in the entry way was separating away from the wall and you could see the sub floor, one of the lampshades was missing off the bedside table lamp and one of the window panes was cracked fully horizontal across leaking cold air into the room. It was a place to rest our heads for a last minute booking during a busy holiday time, but do yourself a favor and book at the Best Western for just a few dollars more. If it weren’t for the pleasant customer service, I would have given 1 star.

The only real downside of my stay would be the breakfast. I don't think that this should make a difference with the stay though considering the bargain to stay here versus other places near by that cost more and you do not get a free breakfast at all. My room was clean and it was quiet, which is amazing with how close to I-70 you are.

So many thing's. I checked in online, but got there and they made me pay for 1 room twice. Staff very usless. Sat behind desk on cell phone, under a blanket, wouldn't get up and help anyone . Rooms unpleasant, heater so loud it woke you up every time it kicked on. TV bad color, hard to see. Room keys would only work a time or 2 then they would have to make new ones. Pillows looked like shredded foam. Breakfast basically non existent. We would have prefered to not stay but we had pre paid for these rooms
