We enjoyed our stay in the Douarnenez area and the hotel provided a pleasant base to enjoy it from. Breakfast was good and the evening meal very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . The accommodation in the annex was clean, comfortable and quiet. The condition of the building that your hardworking staff was housed in, shocked us as it looked dilapidated. This also impacts on guests such as ourselves, whose rooms looked onto it from the annex. Quite a difference from the views from the main building.

Le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas dnas la chambre. On a prĂ©venu Ă  15h et aucune solution n'a Ă©tĂ© trouvĂ©e pour la nuit. Ma mĂšre de 83 ans a donc dormi avec 2 couettes supplĂ©mentaires pour ne pas mourir de froid. Au checkoout le lendemain personne n'avait l'air d'ĂȘtre au courant. Mais le resp9nable a negociĂ© un dĂ©dommagement via Hotels.com et j'ai Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©e de seulement 16e! MĂȘme pas le prix du petit dej! J'ai reclamĂ© et pas de news depuis. Ule seule personne Ă  l'accueil le so8r pour gĂ©rer 2 hotels ça me semble trĂšs peu.quand mĂȘme...

MĂȘme si nous Ă©tions dans de second bĂątiment , la chambre Ă©tait sale, sous les toits sans aucun Ă©quipement. Pour accĂ©der Ă  la piscine il faut payer les 22€ par personne pour l accĂšs Ă  la thalasso, cette derniĂšre ne faisait vraiment pas envie, tĂąches de rouille sur les jacuzzis , sombre et peu frĂ©quentĂ©. Le personnel Ă©tait agrĂ©able mais avait peur de se faire sanctionner a chaque demande. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait sympathique, mais attention aux mouettes Ă  l extĂ©rieur.
