L'appartement est plutôt spacieux, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Le personnel est toujours souriant disponible et à l'écoutele quartier est plutôt calme. C'est juste un peu éloigné du centre de Dubaï (20/30mn en taxi), sinon rien a redire.

Fuite d’eau des notre arrivé dans la chambre 6 jours pour réparer odeur de cigarette ++++ pour les non fumeurs c’est horrible papier toilette il faut le réclamer sinon le lit est trop trop confortable

Personnel très accueillants hotel bien situé à 15-20 min en voiture de la Palm du Burj Al Arab et du centre de dubai ( mall Burj khalifat) / carrefour et une épicerie 24/24 a 2 minutes de l’hôtel / seul hic le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas bien

I had a great stay at the Grand Heights. Victoria and Manik made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Grand Heights.

The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don't get thoroughly cleaned. Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper. The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don't expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh. Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not. You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.
