Grande déception

Tout d'abord , la réception se trouve très loin des appartements . De l'aéroport il faut prendre un taxi pour arriver à la réception , prendre les clefs et reprendre un taxi pour aller à l'appartement ! Les serviettes ne sont changées qu'une seule fois par séjour , ainsi que le ménage . On a eu un premier appartement qui ne nous avait pas plu pour diverses raisons . Après plusieurs appels , ils nous ont changé d'appartement . Non ce n'est pas confortable ; la literie n'est pas terrible . C'est trop cher et ça ne les vaut pas .

As this is a self-service apartment, we do advertise that there is weekly housekeeping and that there is a separate key collection. We changed your apartment for you during your stay in an attempt to try to alleviate some of your grievances, and we are disappointed that our efforts were deemed unsatisfactory. Poor communication, not clean; just not worth it

The person who checked us in was extremely rude. The address of the property on hotels.com is incorrect and when we called him, instead of apologizing, he yelled at us for not looking at the piece of paper he handed us at the time of check-in, which by the way is more than a mile away from the property itself. Separately, we had requested 2 beds on Hotels.com booking request, but we were missing one set of linens and when we called him about that, he again was extremely rude and said that the fine print said it had to be confirmed with the property (true) and there would be an extra charge and we need to email him. He said he had "another customer" to attend to (this is at 11:30 PM) and hung up on us, rather than finishing the conversation. I emailed him asking for how much the charge would be, and got no response. Lastly, the property was not cleaned properly. The toilet needed to be flushed (so was clearly not cleaned properly), the floor was dirty and the couch had shoeprints on them. I cannot recommend to anyone to stay at this property unless you are willing to deal with poor organization and poor communication.

La estancia estuvo excelente. Justo delante del apartamento hay paradas de autobus que te llevan al centro en 5 minutos y la zona es silenciosa.

Great, near the office and the Aviva stadium so took in a football match as well. Plenty to do around the area.

Newly remodeled apartment

Please be aware, the check-in is about 1 mile away from the property. That longish walk was a great opportunity for me to discover some fantastic places. The lady at check-in is super sweet, the apartment is newly remodeled, fabulous, awesome. No matter how picky I am, it would be hard for me to give them anything less than 5++ stars. The bus stop, including for Airport bus line 703, is literally across the street. Grocery store (a quite large Spar store) is literally across the intersection.
