Check in was unable to pay in full at desk as they had already charged credit card which incurred extra costs, Even though had confirmed online. Bed duvets tiny only just cover the top of the mattress meaning they barely cover the people on top. Room wasn’t serviced during day so had wet towels on return from day out sign was on the door and was done at night after requested. Issues with tv and phone tv was fixed after request on second day. Hotel in great location but wouldn’t stay again after this experience

Nice sized room; excellent service from front desk staff; very good breakfast; not the most comfortable beds; pretty convenient location. Needed to request fresh towels every day because there was only one hook to hang and dry the four bathroom towels on. Would consider staying there again.

The room was absolutely massive we got the kings room and the hotel was absolutely beautiful I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone that’s thinking about Dublin it was my girlfriends 30th birthday and I messaged them to decorate the room and when I got there they had exactly done what I asked plus it’s only about 5/10 mins walk to the bars and shops ideal location Thank you again for your service

Lovely hotel, great location with secure parking.. paid for delux double but was very small for the word deluxe to be put in the title. Staff were lovely, bar staff could do with some training as they didn’t know what a hot whiskey was & informed us that they had no cash for change so bring your card, very polite and friendly though

The staff attitude was terrible. Spent an hour arguing about a reservation. Staff claimed to have no record of one room. Contacted Expedia who confirmed they had the booking and provided a number. Gave that number to a different member of staff who confirmed they did have the booking after all. Asked for a refund for the room, was told it would be refunded to Expedia and have heard nothing more.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and welcoming staff. Good value for money though we were disappointed that our room wasn’t serviced for most of our stay.
