Horrible and disgusting hotel and shame on hotels.

No hot water for shower. The hotel cleaniness was just disgusting. Moulds rusts and algae everywhere. 3 days had to take shower elsewhere as no hot water. I paid extra to get a luxury room and I got really bad horrible disgusting rooms. The hotel is a third grade hotel in every possible way. The staff however were very polite and appologetic but could'nt do anything for us. So we had the worst hotel experience from hotels .com after paying extra for a luxury room. I am more angry with hotels .com for taking a premium and giving us such horrible hotel. We have stayed in Taj Marriott Sahara star etc etc in Mumbai and to take so much money and give us this was very bad on hotels .com. I have taken pictures and got a proper video to show how bad the service was the pillow and the duvet had blood stains from past and never got changed. Am putting this on trip advisor too as people need to know what this hotel is all about and how hotels .com treat their gold members
