Hotel located 15 min by car from the center. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is well maintained.

Tout était bien, petit déjeuner super. Sauf on aurait voulu faire une séance de sauna, mais malheureusement il était en rénovation.

Hotel welcomes the dog fee more than the dog.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms with kettle. However, although dogs are allowed, we were told the dog is not allowed in breakfast area. Yes, hotels and restaurants decide whether dogs are allowed or not, but this is the very first time this happened to us in Germany or France and we've stayed in many hotels in Dusseldorf. As an aside I'd mention that out of some 25 stays in hotels in Dusseldorf, only once did we actually have to pay the dog fee whereas this hotel was very insistent. The dog fee of EUR 15 was clearly listed on the website, but so it was in all other hotels.

Dear Johannes, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay at the Holiday Inn Dusseldorf-Neuss. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and were satisfied with the clean and spacious rooms. As far as the fee for pets is concerned, it is listed and deposited everywhere. Because of the pet hair, the room must be specially cleaned to ensure that no allergies arise among our guests. Therefore there is an extra cleaning fee. Also that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant, we have deposited on our Internet side. We were therefore surprised to receive negative feedback. Finally, there is the possibility that you can use our room service and keep your pet company in the room. We always appreciate constructive feedback as it helps us continuing to strive for perfection. We value your business and look forward to be at your service soon.
