East Hampton Beach Retreat - 4BR/2BA, Large Decks

Comfortable, modern saltbox home with high ceilings, lots of skylights, a bright, airy interior and indoor/outdoor living. Large, cool, well-treed and secluded lot with a large fenced-in yard, two large sundecks. Near Maidstone beaches, Pollock-Krasner house, Michael's, Three Mile Harbor marinas, Montauk, surfing and kiteboarding.

Four bedroom, two bathrooms on two levels. Upstairs master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and bathtub. upstairs guest bedroom with pullout sofabed. Both upstairs bedrooms feature large skylights and windows overlooking forested yard. Main level features two bedrooms off of the large family areas. First bedroom has a firm, queen size bed and large windows overlooking yard. Second guest bedroom has a futon and sliding doors which lead to cedar deck with outdoor shower.

Stainless kitchen with gas range, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, comfortable deck furniture, BBQ grill (charcoal), large yard for play and relaxation. Leave all the screened doors open for a comfortable, breezy barefoot and carefree lifestyle.

Plenty of parking, large fenced ares on secluded lot off of the street so safe for kids to run around freely. One mile to Maidstone beaches, a short drive to ocean beaches, surfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking and lots of outdoor adventures. Enjoy our kayaks, stand-up paddleboard (SUP), surfboards, bikes. A wonderful peaceful happy home.
