LEGAL Rental on the North Fork located in near Greenport, NY in the heart of wine country, five minute drive from Greenport which has all the amenities one needs: restaurants, grocery, liquor and drug store.

Easy access to several public boat launches on both Sound and Bay.

Situated on 2/3 of an acre overlooking Lavendar By the Bay, this recently renovated with two very large bedroom home features brand new bathrooms and kitchen, gorgeous 16x20 deck and 12x 20 courtyard. Fully furnished and reflects the world traveller who lived in the home for 35 years. Not the typical design you see on the NoFo as the home reflects a love of Scandinavian design with the soaring pitched ceiling in the open concept living room and dining room flanked by four sliding glass doors to catch the sea air. Beachs on both the Sound and Bay are less then 2 miles away, and guest parking passes are included or can be applied for. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a cot. Full laundry room in the basement. As the home has some glass top tables not suitable for small or rambunctious children. Non smokers and no pets.

Quiet neighborhood with excellent walkabouts including Lavender Farms, jaunts to beautiful waterways with Adirondack sit-down water views, farm stands, vineyards, Billy’s on the Bay, close to Greenport and Cross Sound Ferry-Orient Point.Communication with host before & during stay was excellent, timely and friendly. Amenities were as described with check in & checkout seamless.Weather was rain free, a pleasant location for a wedding, in addition to winding down the summer…we’ll be back for sure!

Lavender Lovely
