We had to switch rooms twice due to A/C not working. No shower towels in the room, so had to get them from the front desk. Room had mold/dirt, sheets had stains, water leaked on the floor from the A/C... the room felt cheap and unclean. Hotel renovations also prevented use of the pool or fitness center. We left one night early.

I made these reservations several months in advance and called four times to make sure there was ice machines cold air in the room, etc.Not able to check into my room until 11 o’clock that night. The room was 90° and no air. The next one they gave me had a couple in it and his wife was barely dressed when I entered…the third room was flooded with water from a leaking air conditioner the fourth room they gave me,had air, but would only cool the room to 78. The ice machine did not work the refrigerator in the room did not work. There were only sheets on the beds, no comforter never received clean towels or room service for the three nights. The towels they gave me were used to mop up the floor every morning..I was there the place was barely staffed and the wait at the front counter was very long to get anything. The coffee was absolutely horrid. The pool was under renovation. There was no bar like they advertise. The front desk gave cards to enter my room to two other people who tried to get in in the middle of the night, but I had the hook on the door when I told management of all these issues he offered to give me $10 back. At this point, I would ask for a total refund for ruining my weekend. I was not able to change hotels, because the people I was traveling with, had rooms there too, but not as many problems as me

The place was clean and comfortable. We went with a group of friends renting out about 10 rooms. They have a pool that needs repairs. We would like to come back again and if the get the pool fixed we would definitely be back!

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Last minute stay, and it was passed 8pm with two littles or I would have left. Hotel is literally falling down, with ceiling tiles gone and wires and pipes exposed. Cleanliness was just alright, no bed bugs to my knowledge however no one vacuumed our room FOR SURE. I booked a king with a pullout sofa. Imagine my frustration when there was no bedding for the couch whatsoever, and when I called the front desk (four times) no one answered. The hotel is HUGE, while only two floors, it’s sprawling with three wings of rooms per floor. Myself and my two littles walk ALL the way down to the front desk to find no one. Attendant was eating dinner with friends/family in the lobby area; he proceeded to tell me, “oh you should have just called, this is the hotel number”. I explain I did call, four times and his eyes light up with, “oh! That’s because I was with a costumer”. Brings up bedding 20 min later without sheets or pillowcases. When he finally returns with sheets, after my calling downstairs again, he states, “I couldn’t find any pillowcases, I’m sorry”.

Our room became very warm and uncomfortable as the air conditioner didn’t turn on… we asked to move rooms, in which was an easy change.. still wasn’t extremely comfortable, but we were only there long enough to sleep.. so we dealt with it.

Yellow Bathroom

The room was supposed to be updated, but the bathroom definitely wasn’t. The yellow tub, chipped paint, and not-so-clean toilet made the whole place feel kind of gross. That yellow color just makes everything look dirty. The floors in the room were sticky too, which didn’t help. I tried to grab some ice, but the machine was broken. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t great either—unless you’re really into pancakes, you’re not missing much.

Decent hotel for decent price

Location is good. Close to a lot of restaurants and and stuff to do. Easy to find and get to. Staff was really nice and helpful. Looked like the room had just been renovated recently. They let me bring my two dogs and are very dog friendly. No bugs. Overall we had a good stay and the price of the room wasn’t bad at all.

You get what you pay for

Admittedly, we usually stay at a higher quality hotel but thought this was fine because we were just sleeping and leaving in the morning to get to our destination. Check in was slow, the hotel smelled of weed and the room and bathroom were dirtier than we are accustomed to. The property was priced well, but honestly, I’d just rather pay more for a better hotel. We booked a higher quality hotel for the way home. You get what you pay for, but for us, the savings just wasn’t really worth it.

The room was not clean- the nouse level was beyond ridiculous,. We atayed in this hotel , the nightbefore my scheduled surgery and the noise level in this hotel did not get any beyter even after calling the frint desk and cancelling our second night stay. I would not stay st this hotel ever again

This hotel is being renovated so the pool and gym were unavailable. The staff was nice and the breakfast wasn’t bad either so it is a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a place that has continental breakfast included. It is within driving distance of many attractions too so definitely a bonus.
