I made a reservation months in advance for a room with a disabled accessable shower. We were told that the hotel was overbooked and when we fought to get the room we actually paid for, the accessable shower was inoperable. We stayed 6 days and it wasn't quiet at all. Very subpar. Would not stay there ever again.

The hotel is very cleaned, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good too.
