Nice quite neighborhood

proximity to the Expo center was a big sell for me as I was working at the show during my stay. it was an easy 7 minuet drive.
when I booked I thought maybe it was a side building on the property but it is a house.
I was by myself but there would be plenty of room for a family to stay here.
parking was on the street but the area was nice and very quite and I was not concerned at all about my vehicle.

There are some minor maintenance items that will likely be addressed in time as the owners indicated they are continually making improvements to the property. For example, the bathroom has been renovated and is quite nice.
The host is highly responsive. The kitchen was short of tableware and the host had two boxes of new Corelle dinnerware place settings delivered the next day. I think it would have been the same day except that it was Christmas Day and no stores were open. The property is well-stocked with essential supplies (coffee, filters, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, paper products, etc.).
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and is close to River-valley hiking and biking trails. The location was ideal for us as our new baby granddaughter lives right across the street! All in all, a great choice. We would stay here again.

Good Fit For A Family
Publié le 26 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe love staying in mature neighbourhoods and homes. This property was wonderful and fit our family's needs perfectly. The beds, pillows, and bedding are all super comfy. There are plenty of parks and walking trails just steps from the front door. The backyard is a beautiful fenced space and my children enjoyed playing in it. We had a few issues come up during our stay, but the property manager was quick to reply. I would suggest investing in a proper sized frying pan as there is only one very small one and that made cooking for a family of four a little difficult. The 'stais' in the back attached to the deck need to be replaced asap before they give way and someone gets hurt. Also, the bbq is not functional and should be removed or else replaced. We were very satisfied with our stay and will most likely stay here again during our next visit to Edmonton.

Old But Clean

Facilities that really matter, such as the bathrooms and the kitchen were very functional and well maintained. I would stay here again if I wanted to be close to the east side of Edmonton.

Quiet Area of the City
Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful area for a VRBO. Didn’t feel like we were even in the city. Quiet at all times during the day. House had all the amenities that we needed. Bonus to have such a lovely washer and dryer set.
