Being literally right across the street from West Edmonton Mall, you will save time finding parking while having the convenience of walking back and forth throughout the day for a nap, meal, or shopping. This extremely spacious newly renovated 3 bedroom condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious homecooked meals, washer/dryer/, comfortable and soft queen beds, dedicated work area, full bath, and a yard. We've thought of all the little things such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, tea, coffee, basic cooking spices, iron, and ironing board. You will have the entire condo to yourself. While there are stairs to consider, the living room, kitchen, work desk, and dining spare are all on the main floor while the bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room are upstairs giving you that bit of much needed separation if traveling with the whole family. You cannot ask for a better stay if you're visiting West Edmonton Mall.

Pros-Most amazingly comfortable beds-Location was perfect - right across from WEM-Foosball Table - Kids loved it!-Directions to get into building were very clear, we had no problems.-Clean propertyCons-Very limited kitchen supplies - we prefer to cook rather than eating out.-Very limited furniture-Only one bathroom-Not enough seating in livingroom-Very small TV in livingroomWhen we stay in a home/condo, we don’t like living out of our suitcases. There wasn’t any dressers or shelving units to put clothes in.Communication wasn’t great. I asked a question and received the answer 16 hours later and at that point we had already made other arrangements.We would stay again if amenities were upgraded.

Our trip was based around the West Edmonton mall so being so close was really convenient. Lots of construction around the area but the location was still easy to access. I couldn’t get the tv to work but we weren’t staying there long enough to reach out to the host about it so I didn’t bother. The space was very large so it was nice when our child went to bed and we could be downstairs without disturbing her. You can definitely hear the neighbours very easy through the walls but we had a noise machine so it didn’t bother us at night. Overall, a great stay and would stay at this location again

Check-in was top notch. Clean rooms. Only complaint is lack of soundproofing. Condo above us sounded like they were right in our bedroom. Not appreciated at 1:00 a.m. Access to the mall is very convenient.

Good location across from the mall. Old building. The unit had some nice Reno’s however it needed a lot of maintenance. Door handles fell off and broken closet doors. The hallway smelled like an old appartment building, the yard was unkept. No air conditioning except an extremely loud unit in the bedroom upstairs. I realize Edmonton doesn’t normally get heat waves. Not much comms or info from the owner. Only the key entry info. Otherwise we had to figure everything out on our own. Saving grace was 3 separate bedrooms.

Location Location Location i forgot u had a car because we walked everywhere. Walk to the West Edmonton Mall, huge playground and feid for frisbees across the street, convenient store on otherside of park. It was great.

This property should be an excellent because it is very nice, modern and spacious. For some reason they have a damaged glass plant, a damaged foozball table and a damaged shower rod that was glued in and fell off. There is a Home Sense across the road where they could replace the shower rod for $30-$50 rather than glueing it. If they fix those things it would be a 8. The heaters make a lot of banging and nocking noises which makes it hard to sleep I’m not sure that can be repaired. The location is beyond perfect. It could be a 10 but it’s not.

Our family had such a lovely stay here! Four of us, two young kids, and we were very comfortable there. Everything was clean, well organized, communication and checkin/check out were easy. Dan and Katie did a great job making a comfortable stay for anyone wanting to visit the mall easily :)

It’s a home away from home. The best place to stay if you are here for the shopping just right across the street. Coming again in July but the 3 bedroom was already booked so staying in the 2 bedroom. Book early if you are planning to stay at this great place.

Clean and convenient

Family of four. Stayed here to do some shopping at WEM. The unit itself was clean and nicely updated. The building itself is run down, but didn’t impact our stay. The unit itself had decent heat, but overall everybody felt cold all weekend. The windows were a touch drafty. To be fair it was a cold weekend with snow. We should have brought our own extra blankets for added comfort. Despite that we would stay again.

Very nice condo, amazing location!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this nice, clean and well-appointed condo. It was quiet with plenty of room for a family of six to spread out. It was lovely to have a beautiful kitchen to cook in instead of spending a fortune eating out. The foosball table was a nice touch, very much appreciated by the kids. The location can't be beat. Being right across the street from West Edmonton Mall was a huge plus. We walked over every day of our stay to enjoy the multitude of family activities the mall has to offer. I would not hesitate to stay again.
