The breakfast is great with kids. The staff were incrediblyhelpful in every department They all went above and beyond. The place is so clean and their suites are perfect for families. Also offering us an adjoining room when we had to add an extra day was thoughtful and again above and beyond.

Clean hotel, service as expected. Kids enjoyed the pool. My complaints are the tub and sink have poor drainage, and no exhaust fan in bathroom so the room gets muggy after showers.

We had a minor issue with a double booking and staff went over and above to correct it and ensure we had a good stay. Beds were not comfortable and could use a replacement, but rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Breakfast was good and afain, plenty of space for our large family to sit and eat together.

The gentleman that helped me was phenomenal. There was a mixup on the other end and my room ended up being canceled. He made sure we had a bed to sleep on.
