I called and asked to secure early check-in, and was assured that because it was a week day it would be no problem. We arrived at 2:00 pm, and our room was not ready. We were directed to the lounge for a drink while we waited. We waited until 4:00 pm, and our room was still not ready. They gave us keys to a suite, which was great other than there were 7 people in our party waiting for 3 rooms so it was a tight squeeze to get ready. We came back around 10:30 pm, they still had not assigned us a room. After some pushing on our behalf they gave us keys to a room, we went up and found a king bed. I booked two queens. Down we went to get that switched. The reception agent was very flustered and managed to get us a room eventually. They decided not to charge us for parking, which was kind. BUUTTT I went down to my car to load my things to find a note stating if I didn’t pay my car would be towed. So despite registering our license plates and being told they were giving us free parking, our vehicles were set to be towed. I am usually easy to please, but we booked these rooms in advance and our experience was terrible.
