As said, it is our personal home that we are willing to share with you while away for this summer, so there are some spaces where we have moved our personal effects and locked off and put a note on its door, saying "Do Not Enter, Camera inside". These closed-off rooms does not in any way affect the advertised spaces or rooms.
Feel free to enjoy any other space that is not designated as such, including the backyard deck and the fenced backyard spaces with all the kids' playground amenities there, at your own risk and supervision.
This house is a short walk to several amenities and stores including Costco, daycare centers, doctors offices, dental offices, diagnostic center, Spas, coffee shops, restaurants and much more, with lots of bike and walking trails around. Conveniently located just a short drive to St. Albert Trail with access to Edmonton Downtown, West Edmonton Mall, Elk Island Park and a scenic trip to the Rocky Mountains, Jasper or the Banff.
