Brand new hotel working out the kinks im sure. Hallway had noisy floor, but didnt really notice much in the room. Rooms were tastefully appointed, but not the cleanest. Had a towel behind the door, dirt, rocks etc on the floor, and pee stains on the floor by the toilet. Now it could be water from the shower, but since it was only directly under the fro t of the toilet, it was likely not. Great location near the temple ballroom, if thats your destination, not far from the mall if thats your destination. I will definitely give it another shot if heading to the ballroom, but, must improve in the cleanliness area.

Itbwas ok. Newly renovated. And you could tell asbtherr were stoll tape marks and unfinished molding. It advertised a restaurant. But there is none and no lounge. Rooms are small. But if its a clran place to sleep your ok

So many things wrong here. First we had a scare in the elevator as it went up to our floor then didn’t open door! I started pressing buttons then it opened thankfully. So since we were now scared of the elevator we wanted to use stairs instead well we tried finding the stairs but with the strange layout of the building we were forced to use elevator again then we would use stairs to go back up. There were stairs in lobby so we checked with front desk staff asked if the stairs went to 3rd floor and they said yes. We went up stairs and they stopped at second level so we thought we must walk to end of hall stairs now as all other hotels use stairs at ends of buildings. We enter the stairwell went to third floor and the door was locked so we went back down to second and the door would not open that we had came through. We went lower finding a door to outside with a note saying it was broken then went lower and found another locked door. We ended up have to call front desk for help as we were trapped. How scary if there was ever a fire! Also hotel is new but not well done the floors are loud and uneven. There are no vending machines or food/bottle water. Also wish doors had another lock on them.

I did not understand that this property was still under construction when I booked. While the bed was very comfortable and I liked the bedding, the room was not completed. No closet rod, hangers and no door knob on bathroom door and there was drywall dust throughout the bathroom. Our view looked directly into another wing. The elevator also needs maintenance. While the price was right I won’t be returning.
