Typical continental breakfast we got a pet room and I’m glad it was on the first floor staff was very accommodating when I needed towels or body lotion they brought it to our room the location was good for stores and food however seemed like lots of homeless people around, but I liked how the hotel provided a security guard at night Room was clean but felt a little dated. Microwave was old and Tv is quite small Wish they had smart TV I found the beds a bit hard but most people might like that I would like pillow top mattress . Considering the busy location I didn’t find it noisy. Staff were very friendly. We didn’t use pool or hot tub but we saw families enjoying it

I was very disappointed to be put on the first floor, not realizing that it was the pet floor. We were not told this beforehand. We stayed the first night and my sister is asthmatic, was reacting, causing her to use her inhaler all night. Then on both sides of our room , there were dogs that were barking. We told the staff who was wonderful and changed us to the third floor. I really do think, that people who do not have pets should not be put on the first floor which is for people with pets.
