We’re do I start. There is drug addiction people all over. The rooms are so dirty and gross. The pool was closed. I stay in hotels all the time and this has to be the worst and grosses hotel I have ever had to stay in. I have pictures and would love to request my money back. This hotel should be bulldozed and replaced. I would rate this place a negative 5Star. Terrible just terrible

The rooms was meh. Definitely needs to be updated, classic old hotel feel. The pool was amazing but the rooms definitely need upgrading. The staff was absolutely amazing and would be back just for them.

Got what we paid for. The price was cheap, hotel is older, barely maintained. Felt like the hotel was trying to save money at possible point. Didnt have enough towels per person in the room. Never restocked the tissue box during the entire stay, which wouldnt be an issue if there was more than half a roll of TP for the stay. Only provided one standard hotel sized soap, shampoo and conditioner for thebentire stay, had to go ask for extra on the 2nd day. Lids didnt fit the coffee cups in hotel room. Water pressure in shower was low. 2/3 bulbs in bathroom were barely on. The breakfast only has cereal, oatmeal, bread, bagels, and DIY waffles (limit 1 per person). They had cream cheese for bagels and bananas, but you had to ask for them. Cold boiled eggs were the only other breakfast option. Not a secure hotel, the card reader in elevator doesnt work, so anyone can get to any floor. Pool was down for maintenence (not a big deal though) Evening front desk lady was really nice and had good customer service. Location was ideal for where we had to go.

The lobby was not welcoming in the least. The chairs in our room were disgusting. No ice machine. Room was way too hot despite turning heat off and having AC on when it was already -30°C outside!! Overall not very inviting.

Shower head was clogged, and very little water came out. The person lookng after the breakfast room was very rude and yelled at people, she watched everyone as they got their food and hovered around the tables with her large ass in people's face. No personal space was given to anyone. I gave her 2 tickets and then my friend went out for a smoke and she yelled at him for his ticket when he came back in. I told her I gave her a green and blue ticket, she acted like, she did not believe me. She also did not refill anything unless asked and then she was grumpy. The selections were horrible, 6 pc of bread, 4 bagels, weak coffee, the waffle mix was too thin and did not cook right. No fruit on the first day and only 2 bananas on the second day, so I asked for more. No apples or oranges or yogurt. I knew it was free but it was so bad. The orange juice was very watered down, so much that you couldsee through it. The pool was shut down, I booked because it said there was a pool. Only 3 pillows on a queen bed. The chair in the room was stained. I did not feel clean being in the room. No place to refill a water bottle. I could only find 1 outlet to charge my phone. The TV and remote did not work properly. There was only a finger width of toilet paper there with no backup, I had to go ask for some. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful. The whole place felt and looked neglected. The pictures online must have been taken years ago because they were very deceiving.

We did not enjoy our stay at all. The bed was very flimsy, the air conditioner in the hallway was so loud no one on our floor could sleep. The heat in our room was unbearable, and also kept us up. The hotel needs major renovations. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars I would, honestly I'm not usually one to complain about hotels but this was atrocious.

I did not have the greatest service or the best stay, at check in they said it was a $200 dollar deposit on a credit card, but when I used a visa debit card it was a $300 dollar deposit instead they do not say anything about that when you do book it was not planning for that was very disappointed in that. When I got to the room I thought it was dirty especially the bathtub the drain cover part was broken, the bathroom sink did not drain told the front desk to get maintenance to come fix it they didn’t come fix it so was suck without a sink for the time I stayed there. The fan in the bathroom was also broken. The lamp sheds were dirty and weren’t attached you could take them off also have pictures of it I will attach the picture to the email. The comforter on the bed had stains on it and the chairs that was in the room was freight in some spots with stains on them. Overall was not impressed with my stay. I thought it was going to be good with the reviews about the property but it was not. I won’t be booking there again.
