This exquisitely decorated, PLATINUM RATED, non-smoking, three bedroom, 3.5 bath town home is located at the base of the Arrowbahn high speed lift. Arrowhead is one of Vail Valley’s most prestigious gated communities and is one of the three base villages that now comprise the Beaver Creek Resort complex. For those of you familiar with Arrowhead you know you can more strategically ski the entire mountain from our location and this is one of the reasons for Arrowhead's increased popularity.

If understated elegance is what you desire to make your Beaver Creek vacation complete, this wonderful property is for you. Interior features include vaulted ceilings, wide planked hardwood floors, beautiful knotty alder cabinetry, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances.

Great condo and perfect location

This property had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and just steps away from the pool and the mountain. This is my second time staying at Richards and we hope to come back next summer as well!

Wonderful property and hospitality that made us feel we were staying at a friends home.

This is indeed luxurious, beautifully decorated, well equipped property with no shortage and attention to details. Richard would anticipate and inform us on anything to make our stay more pleasant, for example, let us know to turn on humidifier, or help us figure out a place to park an extra car when our plans were disrupted and we had to drive up in two cars. We felt we were being welcome and taken care of by friends rather than renting a property. The location is perfect, at arrowhead chairlift buildings. The spa and pool are fantastic. And March is the best snow month in Beaver Creek. Everything was perfect.

Overall, our stay was excellent due to the location, comfortable townhouse, and our host is exceptionally organized. Many comforts of home plus ski in and out. Arrowhead village is quiet and excellent location to ski Beaver Creek.

The condo is lovely and Richard has done a very good job of furnishing it with every conceivable supply! The rental is in a quiet peaceful development, with a number of hiking trails within close walking distance. The property location is wonderful between Edwards and Beaver Creek Village. I would definitely go back!

Great Week in Beaver Creek

Three couples stayed at the condominium in Beaver Creek, Arrowhead Village. We had a wonderful week. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us with each bedroom having its own bath and a powder bath. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect with a short walk to the ski lifts, pool, ski shop and the shuttle service to Beaver Creek.

We had a lovely stay at the home for a ski trip. Dr. Cottrell was very accessible for any questions. The Arrow Bahn lift was easily accessible. I would recommend having a car as the village connect buses only drive here until 5:30. Great stay and would go again!

H1 Condo was beautifully furnished and so close and easy accessible to the arrowhead lift. Richard the owner spared no expense when he built this unit and he was so responsive and supportive. We’re coming back next year for sure.

This is a great location with easy access to the Arrowhead lift. 1st floor unit minimizes stairs. Underground parking space works well and is convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Great mattresses. Quiet and cozy. Children could easily get ready and walk over to the lift. I can tell the Owner truly cares about his property.

Perfection in Arrowhead

This property and the surroundings are so beautiful. Wonderful bed and linens. Chef’s kitchen and if you need a No Stairs experience this is one of the few properties in the valley that does not require the use of stairs. The owners were amazing to us. We look forward to heading back in the summer.

We had the absolute best vacation! It was packed with lots of hiking, fishing, biking, swimming and relaxing! My kids loved the pool, just steps away! We would definitely come back! The place was beautiful, very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed! We did a lot of grilling as well! Great communication with the owner! Highly recommended!

Nicely appointed unit

Loved everything about how this unit is appointed. Parking right below the unit was fantastic. Kitchen well appointed with every appliance you would want. Two gas fireplaces were cozy. Alpine club for pool 20 steps away (gym closed due to covid). Vista restaurant 100 steps away. Only issue for a summer vacation was the inside is dark (not well lit) for our taste.
