Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home and its available amenities during their stay. Please note that any closed, locked, or private areas are not included as part of the reservation.

Guests can enjoy the comfort of a quieter neighborhood while still being close to local dining, shopping, parks, and everyday conveniences. With easy access to San Diego and nearby attractions, it’s an ideal location for groups looking to unwind while staying well-connected.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for the best experience. You’ll be a short drive from local grocery stores, casual dining, coffee spots, and everyday essentials in El Cajon, with convenient access to Interstate 8 for easy trips to downtown San Diego, beaches, and other attractions throughout the county.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping). Any violation will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Pets are welcome with prior approval for a $100 fee per dog, per stay (paid separately).

The base rate includes up to 10 guests. Additional guests beyond 10 are welcome for $50 + taxes per guest, per night, and we offer up to 2 rollaway beds to help accommodate larger groups..

We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for others.

If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help.

For everyone’s safety, please supervise children around the pool, hot tub, pizza oven, and smoker grill, and use these amenities with care.
