Bon hôtel mais pas grand chose dans les environs proches. A 40 min de Chicago.

Close to the hospital we were seeing my sister in law at. Easy access clean comfortable.

Vonetta checked us in and was the friendliest person ever! She made sure we felt comfortable and was available to help us when we needed help. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel!

The property itself was clean, the price we paid for the suite was not worth it when more then half of the jacuzzi jets did not work, the pull out sofa bed had springs poking through the mattress that scraped my child’s leg when she was sleeping. I asked for a replacement mattress for the second night as I was booked and already paid for two nights in the suite but was told they did not have one so my children slept on the floor. I asked for a discounted rate for my child’s injury and was told no that they would give me points towards my stay. The price for the breakfast was not worth it either not many options and it’s the same breakfast you would get free at other holiday inns. We will not stay next time we come due to the rudeness of the staff when asking for my room to be discounted because of all of the issues we had.

We will be contacting you about the issues . I am sorry to hear your stay was not a great one . the points were given because you booked through a third party so we could not give you anything off your room
