Wonderful Stay

The home is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and overlooking a quiet/peaceful setting. Sarah (owner) was pleasant and prompt in responding to our questions. We'd stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

Perfect guests! I made a mistake of putting a 4 star rating under house rules-sadly I not vrbo can’t edit it once posted. I Want any other owner to know they were kind, respectful and took great care of the property while there.

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting.
Publié le 29 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family really enjoyed our stay. There is a perfect mix of things to do (hiking, fishing, playing games) and time to just relax. The view is amazing! Galena is just 20 minutes down the road. Will definitely stay again!

Spectacular House and Property
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent a long weekend at this glorious property with 2 other couples. The house is impeccably decorated, warm and inviting, with plenty of room to spread out. We stayed in and cooked all of our meals out of the exceptionally well-stocked and thoroughly labeled kitchen. Made good use out of the beautiful fireplace and comfortable furniture, all placed to make the most of the space and views. The property grounds are extremely inviting; we were blessed enough to have warm weather in February and were able to take advantage of the trails, fire pit and balcony overlooking the hills of Elizabeth. We’ve rented many houses over the years, this was by far my favorite and we will be back!

Amazing getaway

Owners were very helpful and kind always super responsive to any questions we may have had ! A true Galena gem thank you so much ! We are hoping to be back again in future !

The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was loaded with items you would need.
There were nice walking trails and a lovely pond.
The place was warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

Sitting on the deck watching hummingbirds house is very clean and comfortable plenty of room to spend time together and enough room for privacy.only. Views are beautiful. House is easy to find well kept property. I would stay here again thank you
