I went to check-in at the hotel and they said they wouldn't honor the rate I booked at. They said there was an error. It took about an hour for Expedia to book me another room because this hotel would not answer their multiple phone calls about the room. It wasn't a huge cost, but they wanted to charge me almost double. The whole experience was very sketchy. The outside of the building was also not as nice as the photos conveyed. I do not trust this property.

After seeing the google reviews I got worried about the check-in process. There is a language barrier. She had everything wrote down on a piece of notebook paper. Although she had ran a pre auth via Expedia right after I reserved the room she still needed to run my card through her credit card machine They put a $100 hold on my card for damages. She gave me the key to 120. I get in the room & the air conditioner doesn't work. I walk all the way up there and she then puts me in 122.I had to push & push to get the door open, its like it had been kicked in at some point. I get in the room and realize it doesn't have towels. I walk all the way back to office. She then starts to tell me about how they have a new cleaning lady & she doesn't do her job. I get back to the room and it has newer tile/bathroom remodeled but is no where clean. I went and bought cleaning products to clean. I was there 2 nights and left town with allergy issues. I assume due to the mold & mildew throughout the room. This place could be nice if they would replace the baseboards, clean and update the furnishings. It did have a mini fridge but nowhere to plug it in. And a microwave that was disgusting. NO cable TV although advertised. It had a Roku TV with all the streaming apps installed .There was only one other car there the whole time I was there. All in all I paid under $100 for 2 nights. If you are traveling without kids & don't care about amenities then its ok but I would never put kids in that room.

As the Hotel says they cancled my reservation on 6-10 I received no notifications of the cancleation. and had to find a room after dark in Elk City OK. Not happy and I expect a full refund

The property appears to be in the middle of renovation. It was very clean but was missing some things , hand soap, shampoo, tissues. Toilet paper. One bath towel that was standard size and one was the size of a hand towel. Luckily we bought our own toiletries and went to the office and they brought us some towels.

Staff amazing - hotel only so so

This will probably be the most honest feedback I have ever left. I booked 2 rooms 1 w/ king 1 w/2 queens. The king room checked in first. When I arrived she showed me her since full of broken soap, trash and looked liked it had not been cleaned in awhile. I went to tell the front desk and check into our room. The man at the front desk was very polite and moved my husband, 2 dogs and I to the sister hotel across the parking lot. Then he went to look at her room and immediately moved her to another room, where the sheets looked like they had not been washed in awhile, again he apologized and moved her after inspecting the room and asking her & I to do the same. He said and showed that he was embarrassed by the condition of the 2 rooms. The 3rd room was totally fine. We visited with family. When she went to enter her room several hours later her key would not work. My husband rang the doorbell twice to no answer, lobby was locked and no lights on, I called the front desk several times to no answer and then I rang the lobby doorbell and it was answered, the key was fixed and she went to bed. Yes it was after midnight, but it is a hotel. The bed in the sister hotel was hard, the AC worked but was loud, but the hot water was amazing! While we were waiting on family I saw the manager (?), front desk and only employee we saw, checking several rooms, only guessing he was seeing if they were clean. The man on duty deserves 10 stars the hotel & sister hotel across the parking lot - 6.

When we arrived I was told the hotel didn't have any hot water and I was asked if we could take a room with no hot water and walk across the parking lot to shower in a room at their sister hotel executive inn and share the bath with two or three other people. I said no. I asked why he can't just give me a room at the other hotel with hot water. He did after waiting for a half hour or so. He gives me a get and takes a $50 dollar deposit. We go to the room. Take our things in and then go to leave and I check the door from the outside and the door won't lock. I checked it over and over again. We go in collect our things and go back to the office at the OYO and tell him the door will not lock. He the. Says he will try to find another room but if he can't can we stay in OYO with no hot water. I said no. Now we wait for another 45 minutes. He comes back and tell me he needed to make the bed. Gives me a other key to another room. We go over there take our things in and this time the door locks. However the room is dirty. The fridge is nasty the microwave looks like it has not been cleaned in months. The coffee pot has old coffee that is very thick and full of mold. Pubic hairs are in the sink the floor is dirty. Someone left used bar of soap in the bath with pubic hair on it. The tables were dirty as where the drawers. The mirror looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I go back and tell him how dirty it is and he better not keep my deposit when I leave.

Do not stay at this hotel!!!

Worst hotel experience of my life!!! We were going to arrive late 11:30pm. I called the hotel and someone answered on a horrible internet over phone system and you couldn’t hear 3 out of 5 words they said. Got to the hotel and lobby was closed. Called the hotel, OYO, the number on the door and rang ring doorbell for 45 minutes. It was one of the last rooms available in town. No one ever came to the door. Hotels.com suggested we leave and try for a refund later. They couldn’t even speak to anyone on property. It was run down, dark and a joke for management.

Terrible service, $100 deposit for a location like this is insanity, I’ve been to better places with a lower deposit. I wouldn’t have cared as much if I had received what I booked. I booked a king size bed room for 2 people. When I arrived, they told me that unfortunately they were all booked, no rooms available, I said how is that possible I booked a week ago, she looked in her computer and was all like oh yeah, we notified Expedia that we were out of rooms. When I told her how is that possible, I had just driven 12 hours and that was my half way point to my final destination, she goes all like we have 1 room at the economy lodge across, but housekeeping hasn’t gone through it, I said whatever I needed a room to sleep, we got a double bed room that my husband and I barely fit in, I didn’t even sleep very well I well never stay here again, not worth the $50 I spent for the night
