We stayed in this hotel about 7 yrs ago....had a wonderful time....this time there was a bunch of young kids that got in the hotel Saturday night....running around .....knocking on doors. .....just being obnoxious ....security couldn't be bothered until a few fellow customers complained..... Also ...when we got in our room....lock barely unlocked to let us in.....then it got stuck unlocked......then it kind of worked.....then it would stick....etc....contacted front desk immediately......never came.....dealt with this issue all weekend. This definitely was a different experience from years ago.....
