We liked that the unit was clean and there was mostly enough space (except the kitchen is very tight in some places) but overall it worked for us. We also liked that there is a boardwalk to the beach which made lugging our chairs and tent much easier than if we’d had to walk in the sand that whole way. The cons are that the elevator opens right into the unit. With the slip of a finger, you can end up in someone else’s unit (or they in yours) if you accidentally hit the wrong button. This made me feel a little uneasy about the safety of the place but we didn’t have any issues while there. Also, parking is extremely tight. You will likely have to do several 3-point turns to get out of the spaces. Other than that though, everything was very nice and enjoyable and comfortable.

Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a very clean unit. As other reviews have noted the parking is extremely tight, however this should not be a surprise if you have read the check in email. The location is great and within walking distance to several restaurants. The TV is a little tricky but we were not there to watch TV. I would suggest investing in a keurig or something similar in addition to the Mr. Coffee pot.

I’m glad we read in the reviews about the tight parking. We got a smaller rental car and had no issues.

Family trip

Loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Gave us enough distance in the living space to do our own things and gather together for activities. Manager was able to get us in early to drop of food/supplies before heading to the beach. Loved Manasota Key. Secret paradise!

A One-Night Standout:
Even though our stay was just for one night, the beachfront condo in Englewood left an indelible mark on our hearts.
