We arrived in Erie at the brink of a power outage due to a snow storm. Our original hotel had no power and no generator. We reached out to the Holiday Inn and they were still up and running and had generators if by chance they lost power. At check in we were greeted with a very friendly staff and comfortable clean rooms. Considering the circumstances everyone staying was in a very pleasant mood and I'd have to attribute that to how nicely this hotel is ran.

My room was clean and very comfortable. The heat temperature was easy to work in the bedding was soft and plush. Breakfast was tasty.I especially enjoy the waffles. And the service was as expected for the brand.

The staff was great! Check in easy, room clean and very nice! Had a real Keurig with cups in the room! My only complaint was the pool said heated and it was super cold and they stop breakfast at 930 am . Would definitely stay again
