Upstairs are three bedrooms:
- Two rooms with king-size beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers.
- One single room with a wardrobe - perfect for one guest.
The family bathroom has a bathtub with an electric overhead shower.
Please note there is one bathroom.
Youâll share the large garden and parking area with only one other cottage, but all indoor spaces and your immediate outdoor area are entirely yours to enjoy. You have an outdoor dining table for 6 outside your cottage.
Set on a picturesque English estate, the cottage is within walking distance of Garsons Farm and the Prince of Wales Pub, and just a 2-minute drive or Uber to Sandown Racecourse and Esher Village.

Guests have full access to the entire home and share the big, gorgeous walled garden with the one other cottage. The garden is big enough to share and find a lovely place to relax or dine outside.
There is an outside dining table outside each cottage so you have your own dining space for 6 people. No smoking inside or outside the property as the garden is shared with one other cottage.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
