The room was great, kind of rustic but clean and roomy. Awesome value as well. Staff were helpful too. The only reason I'm taking a star off is because it was difficult to sleep. We could hear people walking in the room above us and there was also someone blaring music from their room.

The guy checking me and didn't tell me about the fireplace and the s'mores. Also I wanted to use the jacuzzi, and he said he would turn it on for me.. but I guess it's cold and I would have taken a long time. I just think communication about both a jacuzzi and the fireplace would have been great

Easily a 5 out of 5 star rating!! Angie was the one who helped us get checked in and was there throughout the weekend helping with breakfast and s'mores and she was so helpful and kind. Thank you Angie! Breakfast was yummy, hot drinks, popcorn, and snacks were available at the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Estes Park!
