This is a very nice lodge owned by a company that ownes 3-4 places in town. They run a good operation. Rustic room, good bed and TV, real chairs, very nice views. Price is good location and parking easy. Safeway is close, which looks like about the only grocery store I saw for 30 miles. Also high end Chop House close in the other direction. And you can walk or park free at the Visitor's Center a mile or so away that has a free shuttle in Season ghey say.

The heat and cooling was very bad. The room it self was very warm we turned off the heat completely opened the door to cool off from. Durning the night there was an extremely load noise sounded like baseboard heating was coming on even though the heat was turned off. No heat was coming out but there was a terrible noise all night we could not sleep! If was so uncomfortable I would not come back here.

The rooms aew always clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful! And the hot tub is always hot! We love hotel Estes for it's location and consistency! We'll be back!

The room was great, kind of rustic but clean and roomy. Awesome value as well. Staff were helpful too. The only reason I'm taking a star off is because it was difficult to sleep. We could hear people walking in the room above us and there was also someone blaring music from their room.
