The downtown construction is over, the Loop highway is completed. Notice: the highway now passes in front of the Lofts of Estes building so there's more daytime car traffic.

Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. This studio unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and has a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (privacy notice: no door in between). Two 3/4 baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a full kitchen, large balcony with river view and a skylight. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.

Very convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

Cozy Condo

Beautiful condo in the heart of Estes Park. Had everything we needed and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better location
close to downtown, elk in the yard and just a short drive in any direction to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

This was the second time we stayed there. We arrived at check-in time, but the condo hadn't been cleaned yet, so we had to contact the manager, and when that didn't work, we contacted the owner. She was very nice, and it was taken care of soon after that. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We recommend River Confluence.

Nice Property but jetted tub did not work, Internet didn't work, door keypad randomly didn't work. Nice Location and place is nice. Responsiveness of contact was to be desired if wanting items to work. Luckily we were there for just a short stay.

Perfect spot for our anniversary trip!

We really loved this condo! It was the perfect size for a couple, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of tons of great spots! It was spotless, and the whole check-in/check-put process was quick and easy. We’d love to come back next year!

The bnb was in a great arean very close to the shopping area. The rooom and home clean and really cozy. The only issue we ran into was when casting on the tv we were picking someone elses tv on the lot as well and it got.super confusing. Since it was named the same as ours other than thatthat it was awesome non the less

Great location!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in one of the Lofts at Estes. They’re conveniently located near town so you can walk. Limited parking out front but the lot is right across the street (never had a problem parking in front of the building). Very comfortable bed. We don’t cook much but full kitchen if needed with some utensils. Fireplace and the smart TV are a nice plus. Definitely stay again!

2 night stay at Christmas

Property itself and location were excellent. Check in process less than smooth. Sent QR code which didn't do anything. Took quite a few communications to get 4 digit lock code. Folks on cell in car next to us having same issue. Suggestions: Need more glasses. Had to drink water out of wine glass because others taken. Had to guess at how to work things. Heat, how turn on fireplace, how to work curtain on skylight. A quick cheat sheet on functions would be helpful. Understand that remote would be expensive for skylight but changing to smoother rod and rings so easier shade easier to move would be helpful. Timely responses when needed help upon was appreciated. Outdoor lights out on second floor. For older people esp. finding room, walking on deck and going up/down stairs risky. Understand that there was last minute issue that couldn't be fixed right away but wouldn't have been that difficult to put out a few some motion detector lights along deck lights while waiting for repair. Assigned parking spaces quite limited. Packing and unpacking car across street a bit tricky. Esp. for seniors. Once we figured out how to work everything, got some plastic glasses, and and figured out best way to deal w/parking challenges, stay was enjoyable. Recommend just removing cable challenge info. Don't think cable even exists there anymore. Replace w/"how to work..." info sheet would be an improvement. Location was great and we plan on returning and will know to bring glasses and shampoo.

New Year stay

My husband and I arrived it was easy check in. Place was very clean, nice fireplace (gas) and bed was comfortable. Location was great walking distance to the a lot. Park is limited so you may have to park across the street. ( you are given a parking pass for it)
