Murphys River Lodge is a charming motel located within easy walking distance of downtown Estes Park, and is a few miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was spacious and clean, and the included breakfast hit the spot. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub. Overall, it's a great place to stay when exploring the Rockies!

Our family stayed at Murphy’s for a family wedding. The accommodations were comfortable and convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was an ideal location for our three families, as it was close to the wedding venue, next to a great restaurant, and within walking distance to town.

The room wasn't bad but the bathroom was so small without exhaust fan. We asked for 1st floor as we knew there was no elevator but got stuck on second floor, not good with my bad hips and knees. It was nice sitting on the deck listening to the water rin in the creek.

friendly staff, very helpful. unfortunately facilities are below standard of most major changes. noticed over 4,000 reviews rated it very hgihly, but don't see how unless it was a joke. Staff tries very hard but general facilities below par.
