We enjoyed our stay. This property had the things that were important to me. The living area furniture was very comfortable, clean and fit all 6 adults. The loft area was a great place to spend the early mornings with our grandkids - while they did a puzzle we could enjoy the view. The kitchen had every appliance and tool you would need, though the non-stick pans weren't my favorite. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. And it was nice that there is a coffee and breakfast place within walking distance.

The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view is amazing especially for coffee in the mornings. The only complaints we had is that the tv had no cable and was somewhat old without full streaming capabilities. It would be much better with cable or some type of Roku tv for downtime. I did message the group about this as it was stated that it had tv with cable and I received no response.Also the hot water heater was turned way down and was not sufficient for two people to take showers at the same time, much less for 4 people taking showers back to back when coming in from hiking. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay close to RMNP.

The house is in a great location with a short drive to RMNP and some good restaurants down the street. The house was very clean and well-furnished. The front deck is a nice place to have a meal with an excellent view of Long Mountain

Wonderful Location!

My cousins from Georgia and South Carolina and sister from Wyoming and my husband a I from eastern Colorado met in Estes Park for a reunion and this house was just perfect for us. It is very peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views from the deck and front windows. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was a perfect property for our group! Very well appointed, clean and organized. We had everything we needed, and then some. Great convenient location outside of town, yet easy to get into town or the park. Quiet, private and amazing view of Longs peak!
