Please note that during the winter months (October - May), weather conditions can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend using a 4WD or AWD vehicle to access the property, as some roads are steep and neighborhood streets are not fully paved. Enjoy a safe and memorable stay at Log Haven!



Other Things to Note:

* Like most homes in our beautiful mountain town, this home does not have central air conditioning. Instead, enjoy the refreshing mountain breezes by opening the windows and screen doors, and take advantage of the provided ceiling and floor fans to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.

* This property has a single camera that scans the driveway and entry staircase for added property/guest security.

* Winter Months Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, weather is extremely unpredictable. We strongly advise that guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle when visiting Estes Park. Although most roads are paved, the neighborhood street for this property and driveway are not fully paved. If the weather does not cooperate, an appropriate vehicle would be recommended for safe travel.
