A wonderful property and a wonderful location. The house was very clean and the different levels with living areas worked well with our multigenerational family. The best part of our stay was the wildlife! We saw deer, baby deers, elk, baby elk and wild turkeys, all while sitting on our deck! Incredible stay and I would highly recommend this home.

Here with friends for 3 days of fly fishing. Very convenient to good rivers and downtown Estes Park. The house was very spacious and set up for groups having their own space on different floors. Beautiful place!

This lovely property is great for up to eight people -- a large family or some friends. There is plenty of space to spread out, with three different sitting areas. Close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The property manager was very responsive by email. The hot tub broke just before got there, sadly, but the manager worked on getting it fixed and gave us a refund of part of our fees.

Everything we wanted

The house was perfect for our family and small children. The boys, ages 4 and 3, played outside on the rocks and among the trees. We saw deer through the window every day, as well as turkeys and rabbits. Great neighborhood to walk in, and the house was great for our extended family. Would definitely recommend!
