Beautiful mountain home located on Prospect Mountain. Lots of privacy, yet close enough you can walk to town. Living room features a moss rock, wood burning fireplace with HD/LCD/DVD above, King bedroom, bath with log shelving and accents, fully equipped kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Large 12x26 deck with Hot Tub and HUGE Continental Divide views.

The walkout lower level has log covered entry, queen bedroom, bath, family room with a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. Patio doors to a 12x26 deck with patio furniture.

Wildlife frequents the home, and the private setting makes for a relaxing get away. Fabulous views from both inside and outside the home, hot tub, and area surrounding the home. Setting has lots of trees, large outcropping of rocks and boulders, for a true stay in the mountains, but not too far from fun, shopping, restaurants, hiking, and most town and park activities.

Mountain Views is located on an in-town private road. Beautiful, private location. AWD is recommended for winter guests.

The home does have a driveway camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside or out.

Like a dream!

I truly appreciate Linda’s detailed directions prior to arriving to the beautiful house. Trust the process and listen to her directions. We had no trouble going up and down the driveway like others had mentioned and being this far up, the mountain is absolutely worth the heavenly views. The house was immaculately cleaned, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need for days when you just don’t want to eat out. The master bed is very comfortable. There are no complaints from my wonky back. You can’t beat sunsets in the Jacuzzi and then ending the evening with s’mores around the bonfire. Yesterday we were delighted to have a front row seat to the 200 elk parade that wandered through the backyard. It was absolutely spectacular! Everything is within minutes from the house, which made it really easy to go back-and-forth to the Rocky Mountain national Park. I give this lovely house a 10 /10 and Linda was the perfect host. We are incredibly grateful for this time and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our vacation. We will be back. Because I don’t think I could find a more spectacular view anywhere else than from the amazing deck.

Spring break

Best Vrbo in Estes

My friend and I rented this home to be close to Colorado mountain school for a backcountry course we took. It was 4 min from the school and the downtown area. It was 9 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Location was everything. But that was just the start! The house had everything we needed. Full kitchen to cook our own meals, and be able to spread out on two floors. Plus, the hot tub was a bonus after long days out in the wilderness. Highly recommend for you with friends or with a family of 4. I’ll definitely rent again. Well worth it!!

30th Anniversary

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Mountain View’s and had a wonderful vacation and memories. Linda was exceptional and helped us watch the NFL Redzone so we could watch 7 hours of football on Sunday. We loved our time here!!!

Great place close to town but feels remote

Loved staying here. My small children slept on couches in the living room upstairs since they didn't want to be on a different floor, but it worked great!. We used the hot tub daily. Would stay here again!

Perfect location!

This was our first trip to Estes Park/RMNP and we loved our stay in this amazing house. The views were beautiful from the deck, enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking in RMNP (which is a short drive from the house), relaxed at night by the gas fire pit. The house was clean and comfortable - felt like home. The host was quick to reply to questions and provided awesome spots to eat dinner. Would highly recommend this property!!

Cute cabin. Everything was clean and bed comfortable. Very close to town and RMNP entrance. The host was so thoughtful to let us know about the timed entry into the park and check in was smooth. The hot tub an added bonus after all day hiking.

Honeymoon

The deck with view of RMNP was amazing. We spent each morning and evening either in the hot tub or grilling out. The king sized bed upstairs was extremely comfortable. We had a great time bumming around Estes park and hiking and fishing within RMNP. No shortage of wildlife both in town and in the park! Linda is very great to work with! What a fantastic property

Family getaway

We traveled to RMNP with our 18 yr old son for a quick getaway before heading off to college. The setup was great since our son used the downstairs bedroom and had a bit of privacy. The house was clean, neat & just as expected. The proximity to town & RMNP was terrific. Highly recommend this property.

Mountain Gem

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here! With just minutes from town, but enough in the woods to see wildlife, the views and the stars! With a pullout couch and a pull out chair, each child felt they had plenty of sleeping space. The communication was great with the park passes too. So glad I got multiple passes because we went everyday in the stunning RMND. A must see. Thank you for making our family vacation a core memory.

Your Own Mountain Top

Even though you're inside the city limits, you feel like you're in your own mountain paradise as you watch the setting sun from the spacious deck. Add in the other perks -- hot tub, two outdoor dining tables, a working fireplace (with wood), two living rooms -- and you can see how special this place is. Best of all, Linda reached out to give us driving directions, both for our arrival (the last turn can be tricky) and our departure (we had to avoid a wildfire). She's definitely special, too! Fantastic location for an Estes/RMNP trip!

The cabin was well appointed, and Linda was easy to communicate with, very responsive. We loved retreating to the cabin after a day of hiking in the park! Very close to all the Estes attractions, but feels fairly secluded. Highly recommend for couples and small families! We will be returning!

Everything was perfect!

My family and I stayed over 4th of July and everything was perfect! The house was very clean, the beds were comfy and the views were breathtaking! Linda is a great host! She was easy to communicate with. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were able to cook most meals at the house with ease! The hot tub was nice for our sore muscles after walking/hiking all day. The washer and dryer is a nice touch! We were able to wash our dusty clothes after a day of trail riding. Every night we enjoyed a card game around the table. Mountain View’s provided the space need to create some great memories and we hope to be back!

First Look Location

This cabin will always be special to us as it is where we did our first look and getting ready photos for our wedding! The views were incredible and the cabin was so so clean. A beautiful space for an emotional and beautiful time! It felt like home being there. We can’t wait to go back, and the host was also super kind! Highly recommend!
