Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had to reach out to owner for checkin procedure and didn’t have great cell service at the house. Once we got in the security alarm went off and we had to call the host to get it off. The back of the house has iron security bars on the windows which raised concerns about the safety of this remote setting. Owner offered to refund our payment if we didn’t want to stay and they flowed through on the refund.

There has not been any comments regarding safety concerns from any of our guest. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe space for all of our guest. We refunded Kathy because as a first time vacation renter, she booked and it was obvious that she was wanting a way out of the agreement. Honestly, we did not feel comfortable with her staying at our home because of some of her communication. Kathy was rude and very disrespectful. We reached out to Kathy and offered her a refund. We did not have to do this, but again, we did not feel comfortable with her occupying our home. She reached out to us about check in instructions at 1:00 pm. Check in time is at 3pm and well within the timeline before she needed to check in. We have lived in this house for years ,we relocated only due to our careers. The home is totally safe and we have never had any security concerns!

Great property with a massive yard
Publié le 3 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe home was recently renovated. The master bedroom is huge with a soak in tub. It was very relaxing. The yard is very spacious. It would be great to host a family gathering. The host was responsive. I recommend this home for a relaxing weekend in the country.
