Great home for the holidays!

Family Vacation
Publié le 24 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayA family vacation as a gift to our grown children and grands for Christmas 2022. Great home, lots of space and beautiful view. Boat dock is awesome as we brought one along. Perfect week, great memories were made. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with on details. Highly recommend this property!

Not a satisfactory experience
Publié le 17 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were so excited for our Thanksgiving week at this property which all changed once we arrived. As we walked in the house we were hit by the smell of sewage, the house was not clean. There were crumbs on the counter, table and the floor was dirty, the coffee pot still had coffee in it. The bathrooms were dirty with hair on the floor, sink and in the drains of all showers. We had contacted the owner regarding these issues and they advised us, "good help is hard to find". And as far as the septic smell we were told "it always smells like that this time of year". Both excuses were unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. Save your money on this overpriced rental and go elsewhere.

Great house
Publié le 1 août 2022 sur HomeAwayHouse was exactly as advertised. Very clean and you could tell it has been recently updated. We had a large family and had plenty of room. We have two boats and the dock was well maintained and was perfect for our boats. It had a great swimming latter and its where we spent the majority of our time.
The walk to the dock is not bad but if you have an elderly person it could be an issue (but that’s true for almost any house on Tim’s ford)
The back deck was very nice with synthetic decking so no worry about splinters like other houses we’ve rented.
Would certainly like to rent again!

Family retreat
Publié le 13 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe listing was very accurate. The house and property was clean. The owner communicated with us throughout our stay with all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay. This house is spacious and provided us with everything we needed for our vacation.
