Outside, you’ll enjoy matching porch & balcony spaces, both with comfy cushioned swings, additional seating and dreamy twinkle lights. These porches are both on the front of the house, overlooking Lower Greenway, and offer gorgeous sunset views over Tower Court Pool. The Greenway serves as the front yard and its sidewalks will lead you to all of the Carlton Landing amenities.

The back of the house includes parking for 3 vehicles and a privacy fence around a large grassy yard with a BlackStone Grill. Some child size bicycles and toys are provided for your use, as well as an air pump so you can fill up your own pool, lake and sports toys. Finally, there’s a shady screened in porch with lots of room hang out. The porch has cushioned seating and a coffee table positioned in front of a big screen tv, making this the perfect place to watch the JayHawks dominate the basketball court!

Inside, this home has excellent entertaining and storage space. Your group can really spread out and feel comfortable for an extended stay! The first floor master is just inside the back door and includes a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. The laundry room is also on the first floor. Washer, dryer and a starter set of detergent is included.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware, plus there’s a large pantry with plenty of space for your provisions. The kitchen also  boasts a dining table that seats 8-10 as well as an island with 3 barstools. This space is open to the living room which has an oversized sectional that seats 8 and a beautiful fireplace that’s operated by the flip of a switch. A powder bath is located just off the living room.

A built-in wooden gate, just at the top of the stairs, offers protection for your littlest vacationers. The first upstairs bedroom is a King size master suite with a private bathroom with walk-in shower attached and as well as a door out to the balcony.  The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a very cool, hand-painted collage featuring notorious sites in Lawrence, Kansas. The third upstairs bedroom has two double beds, one with a twin size trundle, so this room could comfortably accommodate 3-5, depending on the age & size of the vacationers. A true Jack-N-Jill bathroom connects the second and third upstairs rooms. Each has a private sink and vanity and the two rooms share a shower/tub combo in the middle. Ample closet and dresser space is provided. Every bedroom in the house has a smart tv, so there’ll be no arguing over the remote!
